Our evaluation criteria
For every product we cover, we assess:
- Real-world performance — how the product actually performs in daily use, not just on spec sheets
- Value for money — whether the price is justified given what you get, especially at Indian market prices
- Build quality & durability — materials, finish, and how well it holds up over time
- Feature relevance — whether the features listed actually matter to the target user
- Competition — how it stacks up against alternatives at the same price point
How we research
Our process combines multiple sources:
- Hands-on testing where we have physical access to a product
- In-depth specification analysis across manufacturer data and independent lab results
- Aggregated user feedback from verified purchase reviews across Amazon India and other retailers
- Expert consensus from global publications including GSMArena, RTings, and The Verge
- Price tracking to ensure recommendations reflect current Indian market availability
What we never do
- We do not accept payment to rank or feature any product
- We do not write reviews based on press releases alone
- We do not recommend products we wouldn’t buy ourselves
